Refund Eligibility

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our software products, starting from the date of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with our software within this period, you may request a refund.
Services such as subscription plans, customization, and consulting are not eligible for refunds once the service has been rendered or the subscription period has started.
Refund requests for downloadable software will only be accepted if no activation or registration key has been provided.
Refund requests will not be accepted for products purchased through third-party vendors or platforms. Please refer to their respective refund policies.

How to Request a Refund

You may be asked to provide proof of purchase, including the order number and purchase date. We reserve the right to troubleshoot and resolve any issues you are experiencing before proceeding with a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Customized software solutions, consulting services, and subscription fees for services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the subscription period has started. Any used or activated license keys for downloadable software are non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for products or services purchased through resellers or third-party vendors.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

If the original payment method is no longer valid, we may request alternative payment information to process the refund.
